In September, Amazon launched its “Direct Verification” program, requiring sellers to submit CPC certificate reports directly to domestic service providers, known as TICs. Going forward, sellers cannot upload certificate reports to the platform themselves. Instead, they must select a TIC service provider through their store backend to verify the certificate reports.
